Knowledge

is Power

As a parent, I have been where you are and know how you’re feeling, but knowledge is power! So whether you are interested in educating yourself before baby arrives or at your wits' end because you are so exhausted, I will give you the information you need and the support to get you through this.

Communication

We tend to find that when babies understand what is happening and are able to make themselves understood, they are much more accepting and feel less frustrated. Now obviously, it takes a while for babies to start to form those first words, so something that can be really powerful when they are little and desperate to communicate is sign language. Even if it’s just a few keys words such as ‘more’, ‘milk’ ‘full up’, ‘sleep’ and ‘wait’ – I guarantee you will see your little one light up when they realise they understand you and are understood by you! Included in my Support plan are the signs that you will find invaluable and easy to use in day-to-day life.

Bespoke

Every child is different, and so is every family. I take a 360 view of your little one’s life, and your needs and objectives, because every part of a child’s life can affect their sleep. Every plan is personalised to you, your family and your child.

Giving Back

I appreciate not everyone is in the position to use the services of a sleep coach, and it’s really important to me that help reaches those who need it, regardless of their situation. This is why for every 5 paying clients, I also work with registered charities to provide a free service to a family who need support in their sleep journey.

Self-Care

If your little one is not sleeping well, then I’m sure you are exhausted. The first thing that tends to drop off the priority list when you have no time to yourself is your self-care. Included in my Support plan, are tips for YOU! Little things to help you feel a bit more like you.
