Sleep Consulting with 360Sleep

Sleep is magic. When you have it, everything seems easier. And when you don’t, your whole life is impacted. That goes for babies and children, as well as adults. But we know that when your child isn’t sleeping, neither will you!

360Sleep was borne out of the desire to prevent parents going through the struggle and stress of managing their little one’s sleep and the subsequent impact of sleep deprivation.

There is so much conflicting information out there these days that it is easy to get confused. I don’t come from a position of rules and ‘must-dos’, but instead, I am a safe place to discuss your aims and needs and I embrace your gut feelings when it comes to parenting YOUR child. I listen and hear you, and will support you to make positive changes.

Your infant's sleep can be affected by everything in their life. At 360Sleep, all aspects of your situation are taken into consideration, with solutions given that tackle each and every area. It is sleep support for your life, not just your nights!

INFANT SLEEP CONSULTANT

About

I’m Ashley, founder of 360Sleep. I set up 360Sleep to prevent parents going through the stress and despair that I experienced around sleep with my two beautiful children. I used the services of sleep ‘trainers’ when both of my children were little, and because of these experiences I have honed my approach and services to ensure that we succeed as a team.

As a mum, I know and understand how much of an impact sleep deprivation has on your life; your relationships, mental health, and physical wellbeing. And I love helping parents put strategies and plans in place to enable the entire family to thrive and enjoy their lives.

I have a particular interest in gut health and its association with sleep, including the effect of reflux and tummy comfort.

I was trained and accredited by Heidi Skudder, The Parent and Baby Coach.

SLEEPING BABY IN BASKET

What Well Rested Parents Say....

"I got in touch with Ashley as I felt we needed a little bit more support when it came to our newborn, despite having a ten and twelve year old. As a sleep coach, Ashley is quite remarkable; her calm manner, her availability and her wealth of knowledge helped me to relax – it was almost like handing the responsibility of my baby’s sleeping over to Ashley! I felt so well supported and we got through those early days and nights far more confidently, I now have a content EBF 16 week old, who can self-settle."

Juliette

"With my first child, I obsessed about routine. With my second child I was keen to ensure that we had a routine but one which meant I wasn’t completely tied to the house. Ashley was incredible, very reassuring and supportive. When we first came out of hospital, my daughter refused to sleep in her crib. After a few sleepless nights, we spoke to Ashley and with a few tweaks, sleep improved massively.

Ashley gave me a huge confidence boost and her sleep guidance was invaluable in getting my daughter into a sustainable routine. I became less stressed and more relaxed.

When the 4 month sleep regression hit, Ashley was available to offer some great suggestions which really helped us get through this tricky stage. It gave us the confidence and faith to persevere. Thank you Ashley for all your support, we’ve really enjoyed working with you and look forward to following the next sleep stages."

Laura

"When we started working with Ashley our 8 month old daughter was waking every two hours and would only feed back to sleep, she wouldn’t sleep in her own cot and wouldn’t nap in her own cot. She also didn’t settle at all in the evenings so we didn’t have much sleep or any time to unwind from the day as a couple.

Within two night of using Ashley’s plan Emmy was sleeping in her own cot, settling herself to sleep and not waking as frequently in the night. Two months on and we’ve had teething, colds, covid, developmental leaps and although it’s not perfect now we still have so so much improvement: we have our evenings back and our bed and the feeding in the night feels much more age appropriate and manageable for me! Ashley was brilliant throughout offering support and advice without judgement. Thank you so much for all you have done!"
